Budget & Design

Together, we develop your construction plans to your specifications and budget. Costs are carefully projected as best as possible to tailor the build to your target price range.

Permitting & Planning

RCI provides permit acquisition as a component to the design process, and works with various utilities companies to ensure the home's infrastructure is in place. By law, all homes must be built to 2018 IRC and IBC guidelines. However, there are key areas in which building codes are lacking, and through experience RCI can identify and augment these areas.

Construction

We use engineered lumber in all builds, ensuring not only strength and longevity, but perfectly flat, straight, plumb and level walls. From site prep to paint touch up, we manage the entire process to ensure exceptional quality and value.
